FREE shinny tomorrow at noon

Here is FREE shinny tomorrow at noon at Erin Woods Twin Arena. Looking for skaters. We have 2 goalies.
We usually run this every week and will prob start another free one on thursdays.

It will make it easy if you just make an account here. ( http://hockey-community.com/event/572) This is what I am going to try to run all my shinnys through to keep all the people organized.

Of course not everyone is on there but im trying to get people over there.

Bc the ice is there... just sitting. NCHL says here is the ice, make a free shinny out of it so I am making a free shinny. You can pay me if you want. Cash or checks made to Nickerjones ;)

turnout has been low to be honest. Last couple times it's been 4 on 4 with a spare. We are trying to get a regular 10 on 10 with 2 goalies. We definitely have the 2 goalies and a few players. bring out your friends. I wont be there tomorrow because I am in Vancouver but tell me how many you're bringing and I'll let them know.

It's usually mixed to be honest. I play and I'm from 'Merica... Oklahoma even... that should give you a general idea :nut:

I played. It wasn't free but it was a good time. $10 bucks, was worth it.
Maybe I played on the wrong rink?
Played with a bunch of retired cops etc.

Yup, I'm pretty sure you were at the wrong rink. Ours was free. Were you at Erinwoods Twin arena? Don't worry, we will have another one next Friday. I think we will start a free one on Thursday afternoon soon and also a paid one on Sunday evening. I'll keep posting them here.

Yes there will be ( should be). I am in Vancouver now but will be back Sunday. I will find out Tuesday and post it up earlier so people can make plans.

Looks like my guys were on the blue rink. I'm not sure which side that is. I just moved to Calgary from Oklahoma 3 weeks ago. I have played at Erin Woods once and it was before my wedding in Calgary in 2008.

I'm guessing the blue side has the blue locker rooms. That's the side I was on. I think... Guess we'll find out next friday.
