What's the thought on these two guys?

I have to do some STAR diag stuff (enable DRLs, etc), and I don't love the idea of going to LoneStar.

Just had Alpine do some work for me, did a great job and really know their shit, super informative also.

Bump. So I have the vehicle here now. RIV done, OOPI is on thursday.

I'd like to start tinkering with some of the computers (change the temps to C, and some other things).

I thought I would just ask again: does anyone have an MB Star C3 or C4? I';m considering buying one, but if someone here can plug theirs in for me, for a case of beer, that would be great.

Can't Alpine do the OOPI for you along with changing the temps to C, etc?
Probably cheaper and less time consuming to do it all with one place rather truck around to the various places.

Get some sort of history with one place.

From what I can see, you asked who to take your Benz to as Lone Star is too expensive for your likes and now are trying to get an even cheaper option as you had it quoted with Alpine.

BUMP! Anyone have any recent experience with Alpine Autowerks?

Been taking my GL to Lone Star since I've had it and figured I'd give Alpine a shot for my next service. Also, how much do costs differ between Alpine and Lone Star for people that have been to both?
