I remember in the spring someone did a group buy to bring in some barrels of E85, I sent them a PM but also wondering if anyone else has some leads or sources.

Looking for 1-4 barrels of E85 for next season

Contemplated driving down to Montana and filling some up but can't find any places there that sell E85 besides one place I think is a card lock only not a gas station I could use.

You should be able to use your Credit Card at a card lock, but dont take my word for it. But transferring it back across the border might not be very easy. Check with customs.

One time we were moving a frac string across the border into montana and had to empty the fuel from the tanks of the units that were not tractors (deck engines and auxiliary tanks). We we're not allowed to cross into the USA with fuel in those tanks, for whatever reason. You should have seen the army of people coming to get the free fuel as we were just giving it away, pumping it into whatever we could find that would hold fluid. Probably 20,000 Litres in all.

Commercial (20,000L) quantities are different. A few barrels should just be gst and fuel tax (10c/l) as far as I know. Trying to get more info from anyone that knows though

I'll just bump this thread, are there any stations in Calgary that offer e85 yet? Or is ordering it via drums the only option still?

Somebody could probably convince me to bring some barrels of E85 back with me if/when I go in May to the Oregon Trail Rally in Portland. I wouldn't charge much for my services.

In 2012, I brought back 2000L of VP109 race fuel across the border. It was exactly as Pheoxs described (I did a LOT of research before hand and made quite a few calls to Alberta Transport).

10C/L tax and then GST. Which was cheap, considering VP109 is around $750+ up here and only $435 down there and I bought 10 barrels

If you're making another VP run this spring/summer, I'd be interested in a barrel of VP C-12

Oh man, I just noticed we do a ton of work in North Dakota and there's a bunch of E-85 stations all around there.

I wonder what the policy on bringing drums of fuel back in a company vehicle across the border when I'm in the states for work on a work Visa...

If anyone is bringing in E85 or VP C12/16, I'd like to purchase a couple barrels too if we can get a group buy going on.

If you guys are serious, PM me and I can let you know pricing/availability/what your totals costs will be. I need to get 10 barrels on the trailer to make it worth my while, and I only need two. So I need 8 more barrels of various fuel.

Interested. That price include the drum? When are you going down?

For the VP fuel, yes, for the E85, no. I would be going down on the 21st of August.

I can supply barrels @ $50 each, managed to find an appropriate supplier. :D

Currently I have 5 barrels of race fuel confirmed, 3 people interested in e85.

How much hp would this add to my Honda Civic with tinted windows and aftermarket CD player?

Depends on how many JDM stickers you have on your car.
