We have a 2500 sqft ranch style house with only 1 bonus room on the 2nd level. After taking possession, we found a small hatch in the bonus room that leads to another room over our main living with about 6ft ceiling and another 600sqft and then a narrow hallway through this room, which leads to another small storage area over the kitchen/garage. All total, it adds up to an extra close to 1200sqft we didn't know we had.

That dungeon is pretty freaking looking though. Definitely looks like something you'd see in a horror movie. Maybe throw in an area rug or something :rofl:
