Prada wallet problem

Hey guys,

I currently own a Prada wallet (Prada Saffiano Men's Wallet) with the money clip. Few years ago though the bolt(?) came off the screw that hold the money clip in place. The money clip can pop out, worse the screw tears the pants I wear.

Where can I get the replacement bolt thing for my wallet?

best to just go to the prada store and tell them to send it out.. On a side note, Prada products aren't that durable fyi

depends on where you're coming from with that statement. No issues with my card holder and neither does my friends (10 years - ladies wallet)

Since there is no Prada store here in Calgary, go back to where you bought it. Or better yet, remove the money clip and use it as a card holder.

My wife+in laws had multiple prada bags with multiple repairs already... Stitches weren't holding up in like 3 months after purchase. My father is in the luxury goods business and he also advised me to not buy prada products as well for similar issues on durability. I think 10 years ago, Prada products were A LOT better. I'm talking about prada products starting from a few years ago

I bought it from Holt Renfrew about 4 years ago. Do you think they'll do anything? I don't shop there often. Since it's been so long, I don't have any proof of purchase. Maybe they have my info in their system.

Besides the clip breaking off, my wallet has been super durable.

Every brand has different customer service so there is a chance they might do something about it for a small fee atleast
