The jack lift I have right now has a range of 5 to 16.5". Looking at buying something higher than that since I now have a small SUV and I don't think the jack lift is suitable for it (I haven't tried it yet though)

Other than Cdn Tire (not on sale right now), any other places I should look at for a jack lift that goes to as high as 20+"?

Rather spend the money on a lift than go to Costco 2 times a yr to swap my tires

Costco has a nice jack I use it to lift my dodge no problem and it's priced reasonable!

This is the one I use for my Jeep, it goes to 21" and is super beefy.

They also carry a 2/3 ton hybrid that goes a hair over 23" but is quite a bit more expensive.

I recently picked this one up. It's massive, super low profile and lifts to 24". I love everything about it, except for the valve release, which is a knob on the top of the handle. It's pretty finicky and easy to drop the car too fast if you're not really careful. I might fab up something to replace it in the future.
