Nope was about to post the same yesterday when I first saw it but slipped my mind. Not sure why someone would do that then proceed to post it online. A lot of people have cars here that can hit those numbers too so I can't imagine it's a bragging attempt. Is the speedo that inaccurate at high speed or is the car heavily modified? I don't know anything about the TT RS but with its power to weight ratio it doesn't seem likely to do 300 km/h stock. According to what I could find with a quick Google search it is supposed to top out at 172 mph (drag limited) which is only 276 km/h.

300 seems really, really fishy to me.. I wonder if an R8 V10 would even hit 300 in Calgary.

After some reading, it looks like Audis are optimistic by about 10% or so at that speed so it makes sense that it could do that sort of indicated speed.

Really impressive that the car can move that fast.. doing it on public roads, especially at night is a little insane.
