I am building a new home and have several questions:
1. I found the window of the bonus room is about 4 to 6 inch shorter than the blue print. Builder is impossible to correct it. Can I ask for some discount due to the deficiency? Usually how much the owner can get?
2. For the room size and ceiling height shown on the blue print, they are from finished wall to finished wall, from finished floor to finished ceiling, or they are from frame to frame.
3. What is the code requirement for the maximum deviation between the size on blue print and the actual measured?
