I think it's got some sensor issues. Probably just want hooked up right as the motor was taken out. Best text him he'll be able to give you the run down on it. Was a street driven car previously.

Supposedly won't rev past 1800rpm not popping codes I haven't seen the issue in person. Could be something stupidly simple
