View Full Version : Cheap(ish) parking downtown?

Anyone know of any decent monthly parking spots that are somewhat close to the eastern side of downtown? I don't mind walking 10-15 blocks but I'm trying to budget no more than $250 a month.

Sick of fighting for spots at the park and ride only to be miserable on the c-train... (on the waiting list for reserved parking but for $90+$70 I may as well just drive)

Edit: Oops, could a mod move this to the other general forum please? Wasn't paying enough attention apparently.

Check the vinci site. There are lots on the outter skirts of downtown from $150 and $195.

The area I'm in (by Eau Claire) they keep removing large parking lots and start putting up new buildings. Easily, since I've been at this company, they've gotten rid of over 500 spots would be my guess.

Had a sweet spot that would be $18/day. Now most lots around here are $31-$36/day

Try Hotel Arts. Their surface parkade is ~$225/month

City surface lot @ 4thAve/8st is $15/day.

Not sure how much is it for reserved monthly.

I work in Eau Claire and come from the SE. I think there's a waiting list for monthly passes for that lot though.
