You may have to install a relay to break the signal of your bypass when the key is inserted. If the body computer sees 2 keys it may trigger the anti-theft.

I installed a remote car starter in my 2004 grand prix and had the same message come up about anti-theft system needs service.I went to the dealer which charged me 1 hr. service to re-code the anti-theft system.
the dealer & the remote starter co. both agreed that the 2 keys are interfering with each other, so the co. that sells the remote starter is sending me the relay to break the signal between the 2 keys, but does anyone know how to reset the anti-theft system or do I have to go back to the dealer again?
