It's not true. It's on some onion type site, hence it's a screenshot and not an actual URL. Also, Mark Fisher, the UK Rally driver, died in 2001. There is no Mark Fischer.

I got the opportunity to be a codriver in the New England Forest Rally this summer. Even tho we ended up on the roof at least the driving before that wasn't like this....and we beat Ken Block's wife on the first day. I'd say that's an accomplishment.
