Telus network being repaired??

Been trying to use my phone all day and constantly getting the "our circuits are all busy" bullshit. Never had this happen on Telus before, wondering if they're upgrading or doing repairs. Super annoying :banghead:

probably all phonelines at the basestation are used up. was this around 5pm? maybe lots of people are coming home from work calling their spouses on the road what to make for supper or what to buy from lulo leamon

Maybe an inner city thing or something. Killarney, downtown, Renfrew... Was out about all day and kept happening intermittently. Hopefully a one-off case.
