Can anyone recommend a grout guy?

Hi all. Need grout re-done on a ceramic tile floor.
Not sure why the original grout is failing, some of it could be the dogs, but the old floor never had that problem.
Can anyone recommend someone who does good quality work?

Did you have an old tile floor that didn't crack, and then replace it with a new tile floor that did crack?
