So on my wife's explorer if she started the car with her remote starter she is unable to turn the car off with the key.
She will turn the key as normal to turn off the car but it must be in "Valet" mode so it keeps the car running.
The only way I could get the SUV to turn off is to turn off the Remote Starter switch and then when we turn off the key the vehicles stops.
Any ideas?
