Hey Guys,
Does anyone here have any experience with outsourcing work using either Odesk or Elance (or any other site). I'm trying to create a forum/ebay kind of platform for a hobby site just to help out the community (currently we are using youtube which blows and not built for the purpose), and don't even know how to start myself and was hoping to outsource the build. Its just to help the community (myself as well) and not for revenue generation so I'm not able to spend a fortune on it.
Any suggestions, or experiences?
