Wow, what a great car... thought VW stopped making sporty cars (let's face it the Jetta and the IV GTI are fairly heavy), they need to bring back the Corrado!

And you don't think the R32 isnt? It's heavier than either the Jetta or the GTI. What's great bout the R32 isn't the weight it's the AWD and 3.2L VR6

Well for the US the first R32's arrived to dealers about a week ago and they were selling them at around 30k US which is roughly around 40k CDN. Unfortunatly like Cylcone said, we dont get them in Canada.

Finally some R32 vids...

It sucks that all the good cars skip Canada... It's always over something stupid too. Sometimes it's just a front bumper or sometimes emissions. I called Honda Canada and they told me the CTR isn't here becuase it doesn't meet emissions standards...

The R32 got rejected due to some safety standards. Stupid sissy bitch Canadian safety standards.

P.S. That car is amazing, I love the way that thing sounds.

I have a Best Motoring video with the VW R32....but I don't think VW R32 fans will like it though.

Interesting car, but I think it's a too little too late deal. Aren't the MKV right around the corner as well. The VR6 is a great sounding motor and this 3.2L sounds pretty good.

And some sad news i've just learned.... this could be the first North American R32 that's been totaled....

Apparently it was rolled during a test drive :banghead: and it had 64 miles on it. Oh and sorry if i hijacked the thread.
