Used to be fantastic food, but I haven't been there in ages. Reviews as of late seem to be poor. But hey, it's free food. Get a med-rare burger and some whiskey.

Been awhile but I remember their burgers being very, very good. The wasabi caesar salad is unique, I quite like it.

Their scotch wall is pretty impressive. I'd burn through a gift card pretty quick sitting at the bar.

It has been a while since I've been there since I've been overseas but great single malt selection and great burgers. The staff are also excellent.

I know the owner's son reasonably well and he's a good dude that works there.

Definitely a place I could sink a few whiskys.

Same as everyone else, used to be there all the time - but haven't been in years.. No real reason though.

I like it a lot. For all the talk of the burgers, their seafood is pretty good too.

Haven't eaten there in years....Found it to be pretty average food for above average prices...

Some may agree and some may not but Buchanan's is my favourite burger in Calgary...
