Wondering if wheels with a +38 offset drilled to 4x100/4x4.5 would fit a honda civic??

depends on the size of the wheel and how much you are dropped.

Ok it would be a 18x7.5" wheel, dropped aprox. 2", would they still fit?

I don't know about Civics, but Accords would rub.
My stock offset is +55. So if a civic offset is that high, you will probably rub too.

I thought stock civics had 35 - 40 offset on the 14 or 15" oem rims. I've read conflicting things about this, including a 42 offset being ideal for civics.
Is 42 the correct offset for a wider rim then?

i am pretty sure stock offset for civics is 40 - 42. but if you go to wide those offsets will not work.
