Hi Guys,
I run my own small carpentry company and i have to start working in the SE for a good period of time over the next little while. Driving down south everyday with the roads and traffic this past week is a disaster and im going to bite the bullet and take the train. I dont even know what a fare is these days but Im wondering if i keep all my transit fare stubs, can these be claimed at tax time for transportation? I write my gas off with my truck. Just never had to use transit.
