Advice for Purchasing a Pre-built Condo

I'm currently evaluating a project that is starting construction in the new year and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the builders of the following condo

Legacy - 138 18th Avenue SE, Mission, Calgary

Any advice regarding pre-built condos or any information on the Legacy and their developer would be appreciated.

I would say if your concerned with the developer/builder. Have a home inspection Might set your mind at ease. The biggest most important park of purchasing a pre-owned condo is to have the condo documents reviewed by a professionals.

I haven't heard of the builder, but I'm generally not a fan of wood built condos.
