My friend wants to get rims but he doesn't know if he should keep his stock suspension or get some coilovers or springs. What do you guys think?:drama:

1.6EL, I think if he keeps his stock suspension the gap will be :barf:
you never know. May be ok without suspension. Easiest way to tell is get wheels and put them on. if its fugly, then go to the suspension.

I say suspension first, then wheels. This guy at my work has a 1.6EL lowered and its :bigpimp:
DO coilovers...

I think he'll probably go with hjr's suggestion and get the rims put on and see how it looks

IMO I think the rims will look awesome, but not sure about the gap

You have to slam it. Otherwise you'll be 4x4ing with nice rims. That ain't right.

do the suspension first, honeslty the gap is already pretty big, if you slam it first then the car will have a good stance and look:bigpimp: ,
after the gap is closed then put the dubs on that bitch
