If you could do me a favour...

Not too far west of Golden, there's a gigantic realty sign for 150 parcels of land that are 3-acres each (the sign is massive, impossible to miss). I didn't catch any of the info because the road conditions needed my full attention, and wanted to check the prices out. Realtor.ca doesn't seem to have it on it.

Just get the realtor name, or any kind of info off of it.

I wish I had a location, and can't even really estimate how far it was before Golden, as we were stopped for a good 1/2 hour for an accident recovery. My wife says it was before the bridges (Columbia river), and visually, it's up on a hill on the right side of the highway, as the road curves slightly left.

The sign is absolutely massive though, like 4x a typical billboard size. If it's daylight, you'll see it.

I thought it might be the "Blaeberry Valley Estates" I found online, but my wife is insistant that it was 150+ parcels, and that development is only a dozen or so.

Did you try MLS? It has a map and tells you whats for sale in that area (With pictures)

Yeah, that's what Realtor.ca is, and it doesn't appear to be on there.

Only sign I saw was for 3 parcels of 160 acres right before the donald bridge west of golden. It was a remax sign. Realtors name was Bob.

Took a look, but couldnt find it. Too much wet snow covering most of the signs out that way and it was getting dark by the time the road opened up after crashes/avalanches.
