Possibly looking at getting an Integra but I want to do a swap on it. I know lots of guys on here are Honda swap gurus, but not sure which ones anymore. Anyone out there willing to do a swap for me at non dealer prices that know what they're doing? It would be a basic swap, either to a b20 or b18c1.

just trying to gauge a price on this as I'm obviously on a budget and it's not a for sure thing yet. Thanks boys.

I'm not looking for anything crazy, just a stockish motor, I probably won't do a lot to it. I'd rather find one with minimal to no rust that I can just drive, but it's pretty hard apparently for my budget.

Unless the car has been babied and well looked after its pretty tough to find any acura or honda older than 2000 without rust on it. Honda did something very stupid on the cars that created a lot of rust issues on the rear 1/4 panels.

If you took a stock integra and did a motor swap it won't be cheap no matter how you look at it as you'll need a different ecu and possible motor mounts. If the stock integra you buy doesn't come with vtec and you get a motor with vtec that will require some extra wiring.

With the cost of the motor and swap you'll be looking at the cost of the car again if you find a decent one. Expect to probably spend in the 2-3k range or more depending on what you do not including cost of the car.
