1984 Porsche 911 Targa in very good overall condition. Powered by the venerable air cooled 3.2L H6, 16x7/8 Fuchs, A/C, PW, PL, Cruise, Blaupunkt CD, Leather seats. 915 gearbox shifts nicely with no clunks or grinding in any gear. Everything works including the clock. Only modification is lowered ride height to euro spec.

No accidents or damage history. Have Carproof report.

Canadian specification 911 that was delivered new and resided in Vancouver until coming to Alberta in 2008. Currently has 205,688 KM's.

Compression / Leakdown test at South Centre Porsche in November 2012 revealed compression of 150 psi that peaked evenly in all 6 cylinders with 1% leakdown.
This engine is strong and has many more miles to give.

Also included is a thorough October 2012 appraisal for $20,500.

Work that has been performed recently or within the last 8,000 KM's since coming to Alberta is as follows. All work done at South Centre or Riegel. I have all receipts.

- New front shocks (Bilstein HD)
- New tie rods
- New front & rear brakes (rotors & pads)
- New front wheel bearings
- New alternator
- New starter
- New battery
- A/C recharge (R-134a conversion was previously done)
- All factory fuses and DME replaced
- New tires (less than 4K on them)
- New plugs / air filter / valve adjustment / v-belt
- Targa top rebuilt and re-covered in OEM German vinyl
- All body targa seals replaced with new OEM seals ($$$$)
- Dash pad re-covered in leather
- Brad Penn oil

Superb driver that will only appreciate. SC and Carrera values have been on the rise and will continue to go up seeing early 911's are reaching the stratosphere and are now out of reach for many.

ok, I am really curious how you are able to lease a 1984 vehicle, especially one with that many kms on it? I am asking for details on that, and pictures.

It is considered a specialty car that is leased through a local lease company that specializes in these types of vehicles. Sustained value is the caveat with the lease, not the mileage. If you want further dialogue regarding this, please PM me.
