As per title, Surface gravel lot on the beltline, Impark Lot 82 (https://impark.myparkingworld.com/Pages/Lots/Lot_Details.aspx?lid=556) at 714 - 10 Ave SW, random spot (not reserved).
Price = $250 per month firm. Minimum 3-month commitment.
Security deposit equals monthly price payable on the first month. ($500 total for first month, $250 of which refunded to you when you want out and return the pass to me.)
Impark charges $300 per month and there is a wait list right now unless you go reserved, which is $350 to 400 / month depending on location.
Available Jan 16, 2014 at the earliest.
