First half of the pilot is a little... not super great but stick with it, gets pretty good! Can't wait for the next episode.

It got a second season? Good for Mark , but I really couldn't get past the first few episodes. The writing is pretty awful, any one with half a brain about quarantine situations would write better situations (Like head CDC guy walking into a quarantine room - with no protective gear on - with suspected infected people... then just walking out of it like "aint nothin but a thang...")

Again, I hope all the success to Mark, but this show just had too many cliche situations/characters/dialogue and face palming moments for me to get through.

Did anyone else here watch Helix Season 2?

I'm surprised the thread discussion didn't continue. Or was there a new thread I didn't find?

I had the latter half of season 1 and all of season 2 on my PVR for the last year and finally got around to binge watching it.

Season 2 was pretty good.

I couldn't get over the weird opening for season 2. Seemed super disjointed, very "Lost" like.

I don't mind watching a show to fit the puzzle pieces together, but I also really don't enjoy shows that are all "some pretty awesome/crazy stuff happened between now and when we last left off, but we're not going to show it"

Maybe I'll have to try watching it again. Seriously though, the 1st episode of Season 2 was awful, tedious, and just made me not care.

A grade 12 student who just finished watching Outbreak could have written more intelligent scientists
