Our residential condo building is undergoing some renovations including changing the wall-mounted light fixtures. Apparently a permit is required even just to cap the connections so we need an electrician.
Unless you're a midget, no ladder is required as they are mounted 6' high off the floor. There are 50 units to be installed.
If you are qualified to do this work and can provide an invoice upon payment, please post your rate here or via PM. Referrals also welcome if no beyonders are able to complete the work.
I can allow access to the building for anyone who requires seeing the scope of work required to provide an estimate.
