Renu Auto Appearance any experience??

I hit a concrete pillar while backing in parking lot and my rear bumper got scratched and dented :(
Someone told me about Renu Auto Appearance.

Has anyone had any experience with them?

They do some work for us where it isnt necessary for a body shop to do the work ie: small scuffs/ scrathces and rock chips etc... They do a pretty good job but keep in mind I wouldnt expect "body shop" quality and I am sure that they would tell you the same.
