Is most of the price coming from the fact that it's top floor?
Crazy that Vic Park can fetch $500+/sq ft for a condo.

I'd consider this (London in general) if the c-train wasn't such a pain in the ass in the morning. I tried parking near Heritage one day and was delighted to shove my way onto the fourth train that rolled by.
