I am looking to have this built.

Please don't mock my piss poor technical drawing please. LOL

I need it made out of aluminium, a grade that stands up to abrasion and water corrosion really well, yet fairly rigid, while maintaining light weight. I am thinking something like 3/32" or so...

Do we have anyone able to do this? And what kind of cost am I looking at? Hell, I am not even sure what grade of aluminium I need, nor where to source it.

Talk to Ensteel in the se about it. Talk to Joe there. They have a break, and im sure will do a fantastic job as usual. Prices are always fair too.

Yeah, I have been interested in it for quite some time, before the whole craze started.

I am in it as a hobby too. I think it would be cool to whip out a vial of gold I mined myself.

and for all those messaging me, asking me what the heck it is, it is based off this, with some big tweaks to the design.

and to see a highbanker in action, and how it works, just mute it.

When you have this up and running.....

My family owns an extremely large plot of land on the jumping pound river, my grandpa keeps telling me there is gold in there...

Let me know if you want to try it out :D

if you put an extra fold on your "A" and "B" areas about an inch wide you could just rivet this thing... a pair of tin snips and a piece of angle and some clamps (and a work bench)... also a hammer... you could make this at home.

And some seam sealer for the suck :) (Ok to keep it mostly water tight)

Yeah, if I had the space and a garage, I would give totally give it a shot, but that I will need a press brake. There is no way I am going to get the clean lines I want with a pair of snips.

Trust me, I would love to give it a shot. Hell, even if I had access to the brake and such, I could do it myself, as I have tons of experience fabing stuff from sheet metal. I miss it a lot.
