The probe into the two other cases — Duffy and Wallin — continues, sources say.
Each case is slightly different, according to the RCMP’s outline in previously filed court documents.

How quickly Brazeau and Harb were charged, yet still no charges for Duffy and Wallin even though they were ordered to pay the money back.

Time will tell, but I doubt I'm alone in thinking that if Duffy and Wallin were to charged, it would have happened already.
