Does anybody know when the +15 level of the 8th Avenue Place west tower opens? I recall it being some time in 2014 but I can't find that documented anywhere, and on the +15 maps available from the city of calgary they show it as being open already - http://www.calgary.ca/PDA/LUPP/Documents/Publications/15-map.pdf
