So i've exhausted every garage method I know of to get this tires' bead to seat. Contacted a few bike shops, no one will touch it. Took it to Urban X, they won't do it. Does anyone know of a shop or someone willing to help mount this tire?
130/70/12 on a 12x7 rim.

And yes it can be done, lots of people get this tire mounted.

Just looking at that screams liability for any shop that would do it lol.
Heck that just screams trouble looking at it.

Use propane, no one is going to do that for you.

It isn't a matter of won't do it, but that it requires some things that are not worth investing in as the one tire in 7 year that needs the tool doesn't justify the cost. The problem is that the type of tire it is, it is too stiff and low profile to stretch with a bead blaster or even fire. The pressure just leaves the gap and cannot create enough pressure to actually pull the stiff beads out far enough.
When you stop in I will go over a few details that you might look into...

This isn't for a bike, and no. haha
I would bet it's for a Ruckus.

That tire looks way too stiff from that pic to me. I think it's propane time and a big bead blaster for you and watch some youtube "DIY" or do at your own risk...
ps. I would trust whatever Bob says, he is the man!

Haha seriously!
Those Ruckuses (Ruckii?) can be really sick, but when you think of how much $$ some guys put into them, you can get into a reasonably priced crotch rocket, or something old timey and cool haha.
