Electricity is not a problem, coal up the wazoo. And if things ever get really desperate, we can always just refuse to sell natural gas.

Water. Also not a problem (with too little) If global warming continues, there might actually be too much water in Calgary. Contingencies must be made to upgrade drinking water to filter out mud.

The only reason for it to go up, is because everyone is printing money like mad. Which is normal.
