Looking for a professional coder in VB.NET

Well I have a few things I need some technical help on, I will make it worth your time. Hopefully a fellow beyonder is willing to help out. The majority of the issue is database (Access) setup.

I have a database file in which I need to create a new directory, and a copy of that database to save the information. I'm still learning everyday but need some help to put me in the correct path.
