Cloud Accounting Yes or No

My bookkeeper is asking me to migrate from Sage50 (Simply Accounting) into a cloud package. She is guiding me towards Wave Accounting (Canadian Company) which is free to use.

Does anybody have any experience with Wave or Cloud Accounting packages?

Is there a reason you don't use Cloud Accounting?

Personally, some of the features make it seem very appealing. I'm just worried there is some big negative I haven't thought of yet.

Wave sucks - test drive it...

I went with freshbooks - more stable than quickbooks...

Where does it fall apart - when the interwebs go down... (or their servers)
