Looking to get some extreme white plus 9005 bulbs to replace my burnt out high beam bulbs. Where's the cheapest place locally?

Dude don't buy them. I've had PIAAs before and they're an absolute rip-off for what you pay. They aren't brighter at all and they all use coatings. GE Nighthawks WITHOUT the coating are better bulbs IMHO.

Ok that sounds good to me. Where can I pick up ones without the coating?

I used to get them at Walmart but not sure if you can anymore. Canadian Tire MIGHT have them. Stupidest thing is they are like half the price in the US LOL. Really though for highs, just grab the Phillips Xtra Vision from Walmart. I'll bet you won't notice any diff between these and Nighthawks which will cost about double and maybe be a tiny bit better. It's really your housing that will affect your lighting more than anything else.

If you've never read Daniel Stern Lighting, it's a good read. Here he bashes PIAA Superwhites in Myths Debunked:

Don't you have projector retrofit in your runner?

I should mention one more thing: HIR bulbs. These are basically very efficient halogens that can go in place of regular 9005 or 9006 with slight mods. They do not affect the beam pattern either. GTS Jeff had a review of these in his Legacy:

You can buy them here:

and modifying them:

I order two sets at a time from PowerBulbs in the UK as the price is lower than in NA, no duty, etc and the pack arrives from Canada Post in about 7 business days or FedEx is faster at 2-4 business days and only $10 extra.

Currently using OSRAM Night Breaker lights.

Google around for a discount code, they often have specials.

Those Osram's look like they use the coating to make the light "look" more white when you see it head on but has the window to allow unfiltered light through the reflector housing.. Looks kinda gimmicky if you ask me.

I'd definitely put my money on the HIRs instead of these (which that place has a set of 4 Phillips 9005/9006 hi/lo replacements for $100 shipped).
