For sale my 1993 JDM WRX just don't have the time to put it back together with a baby on the way.
Body Condition: Has some hail damage on the roof and trunk. A few door dings but no broken panels or loose panels. Has both fog lights - Crack in the left one but water tight. One chip in windshield. No Hood on the vehicle it got stolen while the car was parked a few years ago reported but never recovered by CPS.
Mods (New in package) Killer bee oil pickup tube Killer bee oil pan new. Haltech standalone and wiring Black Rallyarmour mud flaps ARP Head Studs
Mods (previously Installed some parts need reinstallation with engine ie exhaust) Front mount intercooler Aftermarket intake Cat back exhaust Turbo timer HKS SSQV BOV
Misc: Extra set of unequal length headers (I believe they are APS and they are used) Old short block with spun bearing can come with car(not the EJ20G).
Engine Specs: 08 STI Shortblock purchased from a staff member at TunerWorks with 10,000km on it. (No heads, just the block) 1993 Original Heads Cleaned and Machined (resurfaced headgasket face) needs reassembling valve require cleaning and assembly. Heads require cleaning. This is a direct drop in hybrid replacement. There should be no need for any additional fab. work for install.
Transmission: Stock Manual 5sp transmission RPS Clutch was replaced 7000km before the car was parked (nearly new)
This car is in generally good condition. With any engine reinstall it will need a few components with reinstall anything that is old or cracking Belts will come with the car personally I would recommend replacing the Tbelt (about 20,000km old) during the reinstallation. I believe there is a hairline crack in one of the timing belt covers too could be JB welded, or replaced. During the engine disassembly we kept everything in labeled bags based on where it came off the vehicle to prevent missing / confusing rebuild.
Asking $3000 obo. The car was $8000 imported + all the extras. Its right hand drive. Imported in 2008 and OOP passed in 08. The interior of the vehicle is in good condition as well. One thing that is missing is a deck (stereo).
