Use a normal drill, and easy-outs :dunno:

I have never heard of people having much success with those, I tried a few different styles of those removers recently on a sheared water pump bolt and it was totally hopeless. Had to drill and tap it. I would think that drilling with a reverse thread and using a smaller bolt would work much better.

I don't use those ones I posted, but the shorter ones you wrench on work great (from Snapon or Mac). But you can't just drill and start extracting either, need to give it a proper 24h soaking with MouseMilk or Aerokroil.

Ooooh those look purdy. Whats a set like that cost though? I really need a decent set of these. And yeah, I soaked overnight with Honey Goo, might have to give mouse milk a try next time.

Considering the OP is trying to remove a bolt, these Home Depot items you've linked to probably wouldn't be ideal as they're for extracting screws.

Lol, those wont even remove screws. They are great for remving corners off a Philips head so you dpnt break your drillbit.
