What we're looking for:

We're looking for a talented, ambitious graphics developer that also has some experience with WordPress and PHP. Being proficient with WordPress is a definite asset.

Basic requirements include:

+ Proficient with current graphics software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

+ Able to work under tight deadlines, stay focused, and prioritize accordingly.

+ Excellent critical thinking skills. You are able to problem solve your way out of most challenges.

+ Independent work ethic. Working from home will happen on a regular basis- can you do so and remain on task?

+ Demonstrate strong leadership qualities. This position is a direct pipeline to the Director of Graphics Development role.

Our "Wish List"

+ 1-3 years WordPress experience.
+ 3-5 years graphics experience
+ 1-3 years CSS experience
+ Post secondary degree in related field.

Compensation:

While your compensation will be based on your experience and performance, you can expect a salary range of 38-50k/yr along with performance-based bonuses on top. POD comes from a sales background: if you kick ass we're going to pay you to keep on doing it.

Benefits and vacation included after 90 days.

I know this is a posting for a Graphics Developer but who on earth is your web designer?

No offense but Wordpress? There is nothing technically wrong with wordpress but you have so very little control over your website and even looking at the page source is just ugly!

So it would super difficult to say what is going on but I would wager something in the CSS is causing this issue with the spacing.
