Any Self Directed account that doesn't charge 100bucks annually? TD and HSBC are charging 100+GST...

If things haven't changed, TD Waterhouse charges the same. Unless you keep a minimum $25,000 in ur self direct rsp

RBC, you need 15k across all your investment accounts not just RRSP. Easy peasy.

I am fairly certain BMO Investorline doesn't charge a fee for registered trading accounts. Probably need to call them to confirm.
