Looking for Warrior-153 shackles

Hey guys, looking at adding some warrior 153 shackles to my explorer to get rid of the common explorer sag in the rear. I cant seem to find anyone willing to ship to Canada and those who will are charge an extra 100 bucks =[ anyone know a Canadian dealer or person who can make them.
