HTC One. Tried checking all apps that are running, etc. and I'm still clueless.

Which app is that?

It means that your NFC is turned on.. doesnt mean anything really. No cause for concern.

You can download a transparent icon mod to get rid of it.

Pretty sure that's your NFC on icon. It's not an app but one of your settings.

Bacon Readon = Reddit

NFC = more than just printing. NFC has a ton of things it can do including wireless tap payments for credit cards and bank cards.
