Found this link in FB and was wondering how could this be licensed in Canada? Via Hot Rod rules probably?

I've driven tons of them back in Subic since my Uncle sells them. If it's possible I'll make it as a project car.

wow thats ugly... but yeah, home built cars just need receipts and a passed inspection then you go down tot he cop shop and they issue a vin "m.alex" is probably a pro on it by now... maybe he can tell you more.... maybe

Its a modded YJ Wrangler. Not really different that tossing one tons and 40s under one. They don't really ask about mods at the registry.

I don't think it is even that.

In the philippines they are called jeepneys, and are relics left behind from the USA military. When the military pulled out, rather than bring them home, they sold them to locals for $1. Since then, the locals have done everything possible to keep them running, and it started a couple local start ups to start producing them en mass where they are used in a sort of transit system.

This looks just like one, just at a normal length, and one color.
