recommend me a: Child's dentist

Looking for a new Child's dentist. Our daughter has been before, but she is scared of them, and the dentist we were using just does not have much patience, so....

We are looking for a dentist that has patience in spades, and is good obviously. Direct billing would also be a big plus. And not to state the obvious, but the closer to the north end the better, but for the right dentist, geography is not a limitation.

We're VERY happy with Dr. Jason Nadeau (Fish Creek Dental) although A) it's in the South end of town and B) I don't know if he's accepting new patients.

I went to Dr. Narvey in Marlborough until I was 18. Him and his staff are very good, although I have a feeling he may have retired (he was getting quite old).

Stewart Charchuk, bit of a trek since he is in the Chinook professional building but hes excellent. Been going to him and prior to that, his partner at the same practice since I was little.

Both my kids go to "Kari Badwi DDS Dentistry for Children". Both of them see's Dr. Tim

We were referred to them by our own dentist as one of my kids had to get caps put on. They primarily take in kids until they are 13yrs of age (dont quote me on that one)

I would recomend them depending what part of the city you are in, but they are located in midnapore.

There is one in Beddington that specializes in kids, we took our son there for his first exam. Dr. Vinsky is great from what I recall, but we've only been there once so there isn't a lot of experience with them thus far.
One disadvantage is they don't direct bill at all.

My brother B18C's practice is at the intersection of Deerfoot and 17 Ave SE (the Merchant Law building, formerly Deerfoot 17). It's called Concept Dentistry

A lot of my friends with kids go to him and they seem to like him.

I would recommend Dr. Robert Barsky.
He deals only with children, my kids have been going there for 10 years.
We are pretty happy with his service.

Dr Sandra Schwann on Southport Road SW is good for kids. Does direct billing for manulife for sure.

Yes he has retired, but the people who have taken over the practice are great at what they do.

Also, What part of the city are you located in? That may help with suggesting something near you.

As I said above, there is a pediatric dentist in Marlborough mall (5th floor professional tower) that is good.

If you are in the central/SW near Marda Loop, there is also an office there. Dr. Krusky knows his stuff, and his team of dentists are awesome!

Dr. Edison Chan @ Hunterhorn Dental Clinic. I've been with him since I was little and he's a very nice person. He also does direct billing as well.

Another vote for Dr. Tang at Concept Dentistry. If I had went there as a kid, I wouldn't have skipped out on 6 years worth of check ups when I got older.

If you have dental coverage, they take care of all that for you so you only pay what you owe too.

Concept Dentistry here too, Do not have a child but have fears from Dentistry from when I was a kid and they are very understanding.
