No, the physics are UNpossible. To say it's impossible means that it will never be possible. UNpossible means that's it's just not possible with today's technology.

And honestly, that hover technology would only realistically work with some sort of gravity manipulation, which we'd see in oh... about 1000 different things first that would make FAR more economic sense than a toy.
