hey guys,

have any of you guys tried this product? i was looking at getting some glutamine, and i came across this. it has gotten good reviews online so far.

i take a pre-workout (superpump). can i take this as a post-workout, or will my heart explode?! lol thanks!

it looks like the product is just BCAA's... aside taurine, it doesn't look like it contains any stimulants. You'll be just fine.
