Need Help on Trading Car

Ok so i own a 93 subaru legacy Turbo AWD that has 265000 kms on it, i was looking at getting either a 91 celica gt with 245000 or a 95 celica gts (canadian badge) with 208000. I was just wondering if this would be a good trade for either of the two i am going to see them today and i just wanted some more opinions

Either or they're similar cars just few slight changes base your decision on what you like out of the cars and what you don't like about them
