I think this is A beyond members parents house. The beyonder used to drive a evo gsr with rally decals on it. His car was in driven 2 years ago

I would say that entire property is 100% exactly what I would want my dream house to be. Right down to virtually every detail.

Great to see someone with a garage of tools even though they could clearly pay someone to work on their car.

the house is in calgary

Pretty cool house, too small for me though and not enough fireplaces so I will have to pass. I like the 993 though

I worked on one just down the street from that place (you can see it on the google street view 2618 i believe) It had 7 or 8 fireplaces, a big water fountain in the front door and amazing tile and built in's through out,
Lots of nice shacks in that area

What a sweet house. And arguably in one of the best locations in the city too.

Wow, I used to bike right by that house on my way to work. I had no idea it was worth that much! I was thinking $1-2 million. Damn.

I used to live down the road from it. I liked the Evo tho the guy driving it seemed like a douche. Won't sell at that price imo. Lots only worth 2 mm and no way the house was 4.

Toronto Cres has a lot of nice shacks there. A friend just sold her place there. Any of the remaining original houses are now considered a tear down.

City Of Calgary has assessed at half the asking price??

Location Address 2632 TORONTO CR NW
Assessed Value 2,980,000
Community St. Andrews Heights

WAY overpriced, or WAY under taxed???
:dunno:

I would like to see an actual Economist chime in, not a realtor/ broker who will always BS/ favor the higher pricing as that is how they make their money, or at least an honest opinion

I showed that home about a month ago. Nice place. I think its 2mill high. 2 bedroom up killed it for my guy.

The taxes on my 6m shack are only 10k. I voted nenshi, and for the bike track that i never see a biker on, so I get a break on them.

I also use a tesla and only have one car garage. I have solar power that costs 30k, and will pay for itself in 17.95 years.

I complain about sprawl cause my commute is 30 mins, but it could be 10.

Seriously though, isn't an Evo a little low rent for a 6m house? Unless its the kids?
